I enjoy when I have an opportunity to guest post. It gives me an opportunity to “meet” new folks and also to introduce my readers to someone new.

Hi Pat – your post was perfect for my theme – and so important. I’ve been talking to my MIL about choosing positive thoughts rather than allowing the negatives to be her automatic go-to in any given situation. Nobody wants to be the bitter old lady later in life – and choosing your mindset is one of the biggest factors in avoiding that outcome!
